Lallemand exhibited at IBIE 2016 (International Baking Industry exposition) in Las Vegas in early October. More than 23,000 baking professionals filled the Convention Center over 4 days at the industry’s largest, most comprehensive event in the U.S. for the grain-based food industry.
The key attraction to the Lallemand booth was the bread and wine tasting where visitors had an opportunity to taste bread products baked with Aromatics Yeast, paired with wines produced with Lallemand wine yeasts.
The baking of products from ‘scratch’ containing Aromatic Yeasts, Organic Yeast and Vitamin D Yeast was also a successful first for Lallemand at this show.
IBIE was a successful event for Lallemand North American Baking and we look forward to our participation in 2019.
