FIE Europe in Paris, Breakfast Meeting & Annual Awards

Lallemand Bio-Ingredients has once again been part of Food Ingredients Europe held from December 1st to 3rd. This year, we were proud to give out kale chips and coconut pecks made with our Bio-Engevita® organic nutritional yeast from Inspiral (a new UK customer). The demos were well received by the visitors and attracted a lot of attention.
We also took the opportunity the present our newly created Product Applications Guides and Updates (market segment specific).

We will continue to support our customers and distributors with key documents to help our markets grow.
At the 2nd FIE morning, after a joined breakfast, we presented our latest news and product developments for the savory, health and fermentation market segments, attended by more than 60 distributors, customers and colleagues. At the end of the presentations, the 2015 awards were given to:
• InSpiral, UK, a manufacturer of healthy snacks alternatives, as the “Most Innovative Customer”.
• DeMonchy International, our distributor in Benelux, as the “Most Distinguished Distributor”.
• Stauber, our U.S. distributor for Lalmins (vitamins and minerals enriched yeast), as the “Most Successful Market Introduction”: 5 different Lalmin products at Whole Foods supermarket in the US.

We look forward to Health Ingredients Europe in Frankfurt, Germany November 29th-Dec 1st 2016 and for the next edition of our Annual Awards Breakfast Meeting.
