Presentation at the Society for Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology (SIMB)

Jessica Noble from Lallemand Oenology presented at the Society of Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology on August 2nd in Denver  as an invited speaker in the Fermentation/Cell Culture program.  The topic of her presentation was ‘ From grape must to wine – towards a better knowledge of yeast achievement’.
