Lallemand and Germany's BÄKO organisation collaborate

A Florapan follow up seminar was organized at the BÄKO-Germany. German bread expert Christian Jentzsch joined the baking trials with Florapan yeast. Results in Brioche type products and the wide range of application possibilities impressed Christian. The Florapan products fit perfectly into the BÄKO clean label portfolio.

A tasting session and sales manager training followed during the afternoon.
