Lallemand Baking Solutions specializes in dough conditioners and baking cultures which are marketed in cooperation with the North American and EMEA Yeast Divisions. It has bake labs in Canada and Portugal and sales offices in the US and France.
Lallemand Bio-Ingredients produces inactive yeast and yeast derivatives for Lallemand’s other businesses, and for savory ingredients, health ingredients and fermentation ingredients. A complete range of natural yeast-based health ingredients that vary in micronutrients and bioactive compounds for the functional foods and health markets is also available. It has production facilities in Canada, the US, Estonia, and Slovakia and sales offices in Canada, the US, Denmark, and Switzerland. The two business units share support functions in Montreal and a common approach for developing customized products.
