Bio-Ingredients products are produced in a global network of dedicated Lallemand facilities and subcontractors. Yeast extracts and cell wall fractions are produced in Grenaa, Denmark. Our plant located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, produces Inactive Torula Dried Yeast under the Lake States brand. The plant in Salutaguse, Estonia, is dedicated to the production of specialty inactive yeasts, yeast fractions and nutrient mixes. Specialized drying and mixing equipment complement the fermentation capabilities at this plant.
