The Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Health and Savory Seminar was held in Bangkok, Thailand in March, attended by distributors and customers from many different countries in that region.
The participants learnt about strategy and business development and had an overview of the Savory product portfolio. It was a perfect occasion to unveil Engevita Proteina, primary grown S. cerevisiae with high protein content. Attendants mastered how to apply inactive yeast and yeast extracts in different food areas, from snacks to meat, to soups and RTE meals, helped by the tasting experience of demos.
The Health team also presented on Lalmin®, Engevita®, Gastro-AD® and Yeast Fractions. Customers had the opportunity to try demos using Engevita® HiPRO high protein and Gastro-AD® for heartburn.
Bio Ingredients team and our Thai distributor Rama Production Co. Ltd. worked closely to develop and test all the samples and demos, to adapt the recipes to regional flavor preferences. The entire seminar was a huge success and a solid foundation to support our growing business in the Asia-Pacific region.
