On Friday 21 June, we celebrated the opening of the new Lallemand Baking Innovation Centre in Wagenberg. Almost 100 suppliers, business partners, colleagues, friends and families joined us for an afternoon and evening of networking and celebration.
The new facilities not only provide us with extra elbowroom and increased capacity in application work. We have also invested in more sophisticated and better quality, proofing boxes and ovens. Finally, we now have the ability to imitate any climate and bakery condition around the world.
Guests were treated to breads, pizza’s made with our innovative and unique ingredients and wines made with Lallemand yeast was served.
