In our philosophy to promote knowledge and understanding of the mechanisms involved during alcoholic fermentation, the International Wine Yeast Nutrition School was created, also in the wake of the success of the ML School.
This year’s WYNSchool was held in Toulouse, France where 74 participants from all over the world and 7 speakers exchanged on the state-of-the-art on yeast nutrition. Topics included nutritional imbalance and the impact on yeast, the role of environmental factors, how to compensate with wine yeast nutrients, yeast protection during rehydration, etc. Practical cases and tastings accompanied the academic presentations. ,
Our guests were invited at the end of the seminars to join us for a special event at the famous ‘Cité de l’Espace’ in Toulouse were they were treated to a special presentation.
The success of the 1st WYNSCHOOL was undeniable and appreciated by all the participants.
