Active dry yeast is produced in Montreal, Vienna (Austria), Grenaa (Denmark) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

Yeast is micro-encapsulated for enhanced thermostability and viability in Vienna and Passau (Germany); bacteria are micro-encapsulated for enhanced thermostability and gastric resistance in Vienna.

Inactive yeast and yeast extract are produced in Montreal, Grenaa, Tallinn (Estonia), and Rhinelander (U.S.).
