Wieninger Organic Yeast Symposium

For the second time the German and Austrian teams of Lallemand’s yeast division held their Wieninger Organic Yeast Symposium in Vienna on 4-5 October 2015.

The general topic of the symposium was “organic and quality” on which internal and external speakers covered different aspects. After presentations on “Does the term quality need a new definition for organic food?” or “High quality baked goods in today’s organic bakery market” an engaged discussion started among the participants who came from bakeries, distribution, retail and press.
