The award was given by the Rapla County together with the Rapla County Development and Enterprise Centre which promotes business and regional development in the county. The Rapla County Development and Enterprise Centre is the largest institution within the county for entrepreneurship providing financial assistance, advice, cooperation opportunities as well as training for entrepreneurs, research establishments, public and third sector.
This was the 15th time the exclusive award was given. The award is given to a business that has positive impact on the development of the region, is continuously developing and innovating and targets new markets, as well as being socially responsible and having a good reputation.
