For the celebration of the 30th Anniversary of McGill Departments of Food Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Lallemand participated at a special presentation entitled Food Revolution – What’s Next? Several Alumini were invited as guest speakers, including Jacinthe Côté, Product Management Director for Lallemand Baking, who did her B.Sc. and M.Sc. at Macdonald Campus.
This event was a great occasion to showcase Lallemand expertise in baking, animal and human nutrition, food sciences, agriculture, and plant science and connect with students and researchers at McGill Faculty of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
