Lallemand Bio- Ingredients was proud to host the seventh edition of the Food & Biotech Seminar in Mexico City from May 3th to May 5th, 2016. More than 120 participants from over 14 countries attended the three day training seminar designed to promote the function of yeast products in applications for the food and biotech areas.
Customers and distributors learnt about Lallemand’s current research and development work. Participants also had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of yeast in industrial food applications through presentations, a tasting session adapted to the local market and an overview of the global current trends in the food industry.
