Lallemand Eagle® mold inhibitors are selected to meet the needs of a range of baked goods. Macco® calcium propionates (made by our Macco affiliate) are the ultimate in low dust and quickly dissolving. Sodium propionates, sorbates, vinegars, etc are provided for other products, applications or labeling needs.
