  • Eagle Cream Yeast-  shipped in bulk to provide the ultimate in efficiency and convenience to the large scale wholesale baker. ( PDF )
  • Eagle  Crumbled Yeast- packaged in 50 lb. or 25 kg. poly lined bags and are intended for intermediate to wholesale sized bakeries.
  • Eagle  Compressed Yeast- packaged in 5 pound (split into five pieces) or 2 pound (split into 2 pieces) to provide convenience to the retail or foodservice baker, or to the operation benefiting from pre-measured units.
